Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Sake Pass purchases may be refunded.

1. Digital Product

The Sake Pass is a digital product. Access to the digital guide and related content begins immediately after purchase and license activation.

2. Refund Policy

  • If the request is made within 14 days of purchase and the user has not logged in or viewed the content, a full refund may be issued.
  • Refunds are not available after 14 days from purchase or after the user has logged in and viewed the content.
  • Refund requests must be sent by email to shiba@plizgym.co.jp.

3. Processing

  • Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5 to 10 business days.

4. Exceptions

  • If a technical issue prevents access to the service, we will review the case individually.
  • If the service is materially changed or discontinued, purchasers will be notified and handled appropriately.
