Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the website operated by Saké Fukuoka Regulars, available at the-regulars.jp. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

• Sake Pass: A one-time digital access right to the curated guide and members-only web service.
• User / Purchaser: An individual who purchases the Sake Pass.
• Partner Bars: Bars, restaurants, and other venues that participate in Saké Fukuoka Regulars.

• The Sake Pass is a digital product. It is not a physical product and does not include the sale of alcohol.
• After purchase, Lemon Squeezy issues a license key. Access is provided by signing in with your email address and license key.
• Access is lifetime access while the service continues to operate.
• Seasonal updates are added for all purchasers at no additional cost.

• Users may use check-in features at Partner Bars as part of the stamp rally.
• The Master's Pick of the Day is offered at the discretion and goodwill of each Partner Bar. The brand, serving size, and availability may vary by venue.
• Check-ins are limited to once per day at the same venue.

• Sharing, reselling, or transferring accounts is prohibited.
• Disruptive conduct at Partner Bars, including intoxicated behavior, excessive noise, harassment, or unauthorized photography, is prohibited.
• If prohibited conduct occurs, we may suspend the account and share relevant information with Partner Bars as necessary.

All text, photos, design, and other content on this site are owned by the operator or used with permission. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use beyond personal use is prohibited without prior written permission.

• Venue information, including opening hours, sake availability, and prices, may change without notice. We do not guarantee that all information is current at all times.
• We are not responsible for the experience, service, products, or conduct of Partner Bars.
• Users are responsible for complying with the legal drinking age and alcohol-related laws of their country and Japan.

• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
• Prices are charged in USD and may increase in stages as more Partner Bars are added, generally from $35 to $49.
• Tax handling, including VAT where applicable, is managed by Lemon Squeezy.

We may update these terms without prior notice. If a material change is made, we will notify purchasers by email where reasonably possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply to international digital products, those laws may take precedence.
